Friends For Fun, Safety, And Knowledge
Welcome to Chapter W (Boone County Wings). We're a friendly bunch of people who enjoy motorcycling, socializing, and having a good time with other motorcycle enthusiasts, through the freedom of belonging to a non-profit, non-political, non-religious organization, the Gold Wing Road Riders Association.
GWRRA is the world's largest social organization for owners of Gold Wing and Valkyrie motorcycles with 82,000 members worldwide. Membership in GWRRA is not limited to just Gold Wing and Valkyrie owners. Anyone may join and participate in any of our activities, regardless of the brand of motorcycle he or she rides. Once you join GWRRA, you can participate with as many chapters as you choose. You decide your own level of involvement and time. Wherever you go, wherever you travel, you're welcomed.
GWRRA membership opens doors to friendship everywhere you ride! There are no expectations, riding requirements, elections, politics, required uniforms, or Chapter dues.
If you're a motorcyclist and want to meet and make new friends, we invite you to join us. It doesn't matter what you ride, just as long as you ride. We'd love to meet you and have you join our group.
We meet every Friday night at the Phillips 66 Station (located across from Boone Electric on Range Line Columbia MO) between 6:00 and 6:30. At 6:30 we ride whether by bike, trike or automobile to whatever restaurant has been chosen that particular Friday.
Monthly meetings are on the third Monday each month at D Rowes's (behind Walgreens - Forum & Nifong)(EAT at 6:00PM/Meeting at 6:30PM)
